Title: “The Great Chicago Fire - 1871"
October 8th, 2026 is the 155th anniversary of the conflagration that almost destroyed the city. What caused the fire? How did it affect the residents who remained? Do you have ancestors who lived in Chicago at the time of the fire? Did your ancestors come to Chicago after the fire for the opportunities and jobs that came with rebuilding the city?
We hope you can join us!
